HR screening and behavioral then Technical and Management interview that often happens together with the lead and the manager or director. After that you often has some welcome interview with the person will be the boss of your boss to have a general conversation about the role itself.

Questions about how to better attend customers ?
and conflicts if someone from your team gave the wrong answer for the customer and you need to recap that with the customer...
Great interviewer. Quick turnover of application and very polite. Hiring process was also very quick and they were very patient on my turnover from my last job. They would always look out for their interviewees tiome. Non-HR personnel are also very nice
