Interview
I have only completed initial screening interview, the process has been very smooth so far. After this, there is one more round and then it is decided. They were quick with scheduling and getting back to me.
I applied through the Finance Academy program which required completing 3 pre-recorded video interview questions. The next step was a meeting with the team, to determine fit and capability with the rest of the team and responsibilities.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OpenText (Waterloo, ON)
Interview
Two-round interview; first was with my VP, second with my Director. About an hour each. Both were very conversational - I did more listening than speaking. A pretty good experience - I got to learn a lot about the team and company.
