Thanks for your review and feedback. I'm sorry your interview experience hasn't been as we'd have hoped. We understand the time and effort that goes into preparing for an interview, and as a recruitment team we always try our best to provide as much transparency and feedback regarding current vacancies, and the potential changes that can occur in our hiring demands.
We work collaboratively with consultants and Practice Leads to create technical job specifications, interview questions and exercises that align with the skills required for each role – I have taken your feedback on board and will look at how improvements can be made moving forward.
