Fairly average, nothing too difficult but it was a while ago. Trying to access reviews, but their questions were more like: tell me about yourself, walk me through my resume, what motivates you - normal stuff
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OpsLevel (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview process had 4 steps:
1 - Initial screening interview
2 - Take-home assessment
3 - Technical interview
4 - Cultural fit interview
Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly, the questions they asked really went into detail about my experiences and skills, and I feel that I was really able to sell myself to them. Made it to the final round but unfortunately did not make the cut. I still appreciate the smooth and friendly interview process!

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to manage multiple tasks at once. How do you prioritize?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpsLevel in Jan 2023
Interview
First round: 45-min interview with manager. Final round: 4 or 5 60-90 minute interviews, three were technical Unfortunately, all of the final round interviews were ONLY back end tasks. I was not asked a single front end question nor given any front end tasks to do, but I was asked to do back end tasks. Completely inappropriate for a front end position (the JD described this as a front end role, NOT a full stack role)
