Stage 1 - Conversation with 2 engineers about experience and technologies worked with. A comfortable, not too intensive conversation.
Stage 2 - Take home exercise to do some data manipulation, nothing too complex 1-2 hours.
Stage 3 - Talk about your solution, talk about your approach, the positives and negatives etc, with some possible add ons.
Conversations were always friendly and positive, relaxing experience compared to some other interviews.
Preliminary interview was an hour long chat on Teams. Call was a panel with 3 other people in it. Interview was an informal chat about work experience and had some questions about genetic finemapping
