Long, drawn out process which took place over many months. Towards the end of the process they said they didn't have the budget for a new hire. I got an abrupt 'no thank you' email after jumping through several hoops.
Process consisted of several stages including interviews and personality tests.
The company markets itself as being an 'International company with a diverse set of cultures', but in my experience this isn't the case. Most hires are Norwegian and most of them have studied at the illustrious university BI (a university nobody from outside of Norway has ever heard of).
