Three rounds - first one solving 80 mental maths questions in 8 minutes, second one was a phone interview (technical), third one a mix at the office in Amsterdam (technical and motivational)

Interview
The interview process started with an onsite numerical test, then telephone interview. I failed in the telephone interview stage so didn't proceed to the last round technical interview. The telephone interview was mostly about motivations and some general technical questions. The HR was a little bit pushy-just stay calm and decisive.
