I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optiver (Amsterdam) in Feb 2022
Interview
-Aptitude test: Verify G+, easy to pass if you prepare
-HR screening
-Technical interview: they will ask typical quant interview puzzles and how in particular you can contribute to the team
-Take-home assignment (they give 1 week) and a final interview day at their office
All of this is doable with preparation, I was rejected at technical stage - didn't have enough practice with puzzles. Make sure you take your time to prepare well and you can do it.
They are very responsive and give feedback at each stage. I told them I got an offer elsewhere and they were moving fast with my process, which I also appreciate.

First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
first round of math probability
2nd of betting. the platform was bit hard to use. Recommend to get some training if you can find the resources. both interviewers were nice
