After HR phone interview, resume will be forwarded to quant teams, which means there is a high possibility to be rejected by resume screening even after OA and phone interview.
OA for Round 1, involves a lot of quick calculations and estimations. Behavioural interview, Technical interviews and final superday. Final superday involves many interviews, but I did not reach that part.

Multiple Rounds, first was behavioral and second was technical. They first did a pretty lengthy behavioral and seemed pretty good, but then the technical was mainly all Fermi estimations and market making games.
