The 4 rounds consisted of a recruiter screening, a timed technical assessment, 2 back to back zoom interviews with managers on the team, and then an office visit with 2 additional interviews. The communication from recruitment throughout the entire hiring process was superb and they were very quick at following up with next steps. I also appreciated how they told me after the final interview that they would reach out even if I didn’t get an offer and that they don’t ghost candidates.
