- Application CV, Academic Transcript, Answering 3 Questions like What is your proudest achievement in these three years, Why you choose this major/study, Why do you want to join this program.
1. Quantitative Assessment (Sequence, Probability, Mini Games, Personality Test)
2. Behavioural Interview (STAR Technique, your interest)
3. Technical Interview
1. did the online assessment. three sections: coding(object oriented question), programming and computer system questions for 20 minutes, zapn/neuro assessments
2. hr interview: 15 min behavioral over phone. very short and brief

Interview
Chill behavioural, barely 15 mins long. Normal STAR qns, and some questions about resume. Also some talking about current position, why trading, why Optiver, things like that. I need to write 30 words so I guess I’ll also say make sure to have a HD WAM.
