Interview
The first round was a 3-hour long OA, second round was an interview with a trader -- playing market-making and coin/card betting games on their online platform. The interviewer did not provide necessary information about how the platform worked -- it was confusing and frustrating. And it was not usually to play MM games in the second round of interviewing for a QR role.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment

2nd of betting. the platform was bit hard to use. Recommend to get some training if you can find the resources. both interviewers were nice
