Interview
The Interview was about four and a half hours. The interview times I had to choose from was 8 AM and 1 PM. I spoke with the Chief Architect for an hour, two junior developers for an hour, management for an hour, and HR for an hour. They showed more interest in my personality than my coding potential.

Interview
Interview was a 30 minute conversation that went over what the company does, my previous work, my portfolio projects, and some technical questions about the programming languages I use. I interviewed the VP of Government Programs and VP of Software Solutions, both very professional and easy-to-talk to people.

Interview
The process started with a phone interview with the recruiter. Most were basic questions about projects and yourself. The final interview was with two people. The first half consisted of more technical questions about your projects. The second half was technical question about your most familiar language, in my case it was Java.

Depending on the team assigned, you may meet with your direct boss or the VP of technologies. In my experience, the VP was very easy going. Be sure to prepare either way.
