Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Orion Electrotech (Reading, England) in February 2017.

Interview

A solid interview process, I came in for an informal interview first of all to find out a little about myself and what I was looking for. I was then invited in for their first open day, which was very relaxed and fun (considering my nervousness before hand I was put at ease almost instantly). After the open day I was invited back in for a trial on the phones and for a final interview. and by the end of the day I received a phone call offering me the job. Happy days

Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Orion Electrotech (Reading, England) in August 2015.

Interview

Two conversations. Firstly with the Managing Director Chris and the Sales and Operations Director Paul. The second was a presentation to the directors and three team managers. It was insightful to see how the business works, sectors they operate in and figures billed.
