Interview
First interview with HR was great. Professional and informative. However 2nd round with the hiring manager was the worst interview experience I've ever had in 20+ years in IT. All assumptions and prejudice. Not all brown skinned people in Canada have just arrived from India, Miss. Spoke to me like I was a 5 year old, or English was not my main language. Refused to even try to address me by my name, even though its simple to pronounce. Condecending, until she realized my English was better than hers and so was my experience. What an awful culture.
