Got there on time and the Sales Manager was so nice to me. He asked how was traffic and did you find the store ok. So we gone over my sales history, and he gave me a run down of the job and how they do Business. And that just made me fill very welcome to the company.

Met with the training manager for first interview. Then I was scheduled to meet with the Regional Manager at a Job fair in San Diego. Then met with the Vice President and was offered the job at that point.

Very comterble setting, recruiters really makes you feel at home to ease away the anxiety. First, the phone interview takes place.
