I applied on Monster.com, and four days later received an email requesting an in-person interview. We settled on a day and time a little less than one week out. I arrived for my interview ten minutes early, and the office was pretty quiet. Could only see one or two women working. I rang the bell at the front desk and a very nice woman came out who explained to me that the VP I set up the interview with had something come up late the night before and was out of the office, and that she was very sorry but he didn't want to call anyone late at night. This interview was scheduled for mid-morning, so there was plenty of time to let me know in the morning, or via email. I guess they only set up interviews by email, but don't do prospective employees the courtesy of confirming or rescheduling by email. I have read the negative reviews about working here, and was willing to give them a chance to explain themselves in person. But when they blew their opportunity to make a better first impression, I withdrew my name from consideration.
