1) Telephone interview with recruiter 2) Telephone interview with Engineering Director 3) Onsite half day interview The onsite interview questions were more appropriate for someone earlier in their career than I am but I recognize the utility of them as screening questions. Oscar clearly put a lot of effort in to making me feel welcomed and at ease through the process. The Engineering Director I interfaced with did a great job and when above and beyond in taking time out of his day to answer the questions I had. this was very much appreciated.
