The interview is relaxing and doesn't feel like I was being interrogated as a new grad. The director of the unit I applied to has new grads in their best interest and wanted to ensure we feel supported. After the interview, I got the chance to be interviewed by the team on the floor and it made me feel like I can fit right in.
