Interview
I actually interviewed for a different position at OurCrowd and later transitioned into QA. This was in 2021, so I did my entire interview process over Zoom. I told the hiring manager at the beginning of the interview that I had a sleeping baby in the next room and that he might wake up during our meeting. He was very accepting and went on to tell me how many babies were born to OurCrowd employees that year.
OurCrowd has one of the most disingenuous interview process I have come across in a while.
They will have two roles, one with "assistant" in the title, and another with "associate," despite both with the same qualifications. This is to minimize and lower salary expectations.
During the interview process, they initially told me they had already hired an associate, but months later, the role was still open.
I received different, incongruent information from another employee afterwards that this "hire," in fact, did not occur.

Question 1
Very disingenuous interview process, don't bother with the interview questions.

Interview
Phone screen then a case, followed by 2 more rounds. The case was too much time and effort (essays, fit-questions, investment presentation) for an entry-level position but the recruiter was sweet, honest, and upfront about it and shared the salary budget too. The role is more analyst (entry-level) than associate.
