I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Overlake Medical Center and Clinics
Interview
Initial interview with a senior recruiter. Basic questions like why did you choose overlake? Why did you take up nursing. Tell me about your work experience. Why seattle? Then you can ask questions at the end of the interview which will give you basically an idea of how they work and their benefits are.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Overlake Medical Center and Clinics (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
You go through an introduction interview with the hiring manager and its a short 30 mins. I had to discuss my previous job experience and answer some technical questions. Then if you pass that first interview, you go into a heavily technical and behavioral interview. The technical questions was mostly asked by 2 individuals, but the questions go pretty in depth from how do you perform incident response to handling IOCs.

I applied online. I interviewed at Overlake Medical Center and Clinics (Bellevue, WA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied online. Then, I got a call from recruitment, sharing how they want to give people "opportunities" who are looking for a healthcare career and then giving me a date for an in-person interview with the department manager. When it was time, supposedly, they didn't have me on the schedule but interviewed me anyway. They would call me for a second interview, but never. I waited almost 2 weeks for an update, but instead, they emailed me rejecting me.
