I was contacted by a third-party recruiter for this requisition. The process involved a screening with the recruiter, followed by two interviews with Directors of Product Management. Finally there was an interview with the Chief Product Officer. Each Director-level interview centered on different primary subjects, one more focused on Product Management principles and Organizational Leadership, another focused more on situational questions and product/technical strategy for incorporating AI/ML into big data products. The interview with the Chief Product Officer primarily focused on his own personal career, rather than the role or my candidacy for the role.
