Very fast and smooth process. Interviewers were very nice, all were technical questions about the current macroeconomic state. When you werent sure they were very helpful but is a demanding selection process

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Oxford Economics
Interview
had two interviews, each with two interviewers (the first ones more junior and seemingly quite bored, the second ones more senior and more interested) the second interview also included a short essay writing exercise which was then discussed in the interview right afterwards questions mainly focused on economics and previous experience as well as some social skill questions HR seemed disorganized, prefers calling candidates I waited each time more than double the time promised to obtain a reaction after both my interviews and email enquires on my side went unanswered. It seems the Graduate Programme is being remodelled for the 2023 intake. They still do not really know how it will be with the different working stations.
