Initial interview: Interviewer gave the impression via body language that they didn't want to be conducting the interview. Poor communication engagement. Questions about the role I asked gave no further insight as to what the role requirements would entail.

3 step process - initial interview with internal recruiter, 2nd interview with two members of the team, and final interview with 2 more senior members of the team during which you have completed a task and are reviewing it with them.
HR refused to communicate about the position citing work experience requirements different from those posted publicly. Claiming that the criteria for selecting a candidate were different, although on several sites the criteria were the same and different from those requested in person
