I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PACT Pharma in May 2020
Interview
The hiring process took around three months. I first applied online at the end of February, and received my offer in the middle of May. The first round was with a recruiter, the second round was with a senior scientist, and the third round was with the whole team (director, senior scientist, scientists, research associates). It was overall a very positive; everyone was friendly. More technical and difficult than most other interviews I've had for similar positions.

Interview
The first thing that happened was a phone screen call with the recruiter. She was very nice and talked more about PACT Pharma. Next, I talked to the hiring manager who discuss about the role that I applied for and ask about my research background. After this call, I scheduled an "on site" interview that was conducted through Zoom. It was roughly 3 hours and I spoke with 12 different people from the department and HR at the very end. Everyone was super friendly and understanding and adapted well with the whole pandemic situation happening currently. They were transparent about what they want from their candidates and asked behavioral and technical questions to see if I fit. Overall, know the company and be able to communicate with them about your background.

Interview
Following a phone screen call, the first interview was with the hiring manager who was very friendly and seemed like they wanted the candidate to succeed. Following this call, an "on site" interview was conducted via Zoom. I spoke with 11 different people from the department I was interviewing for and from related teams. Most were very friendly and honest about the demands of the position. Some questions were repetitive/came up in multiple interviews
