The recruiter was very nice and helpful however the interviewer / director was not personable and asked questions that did not get to know me at all. Also took awhile to hear back.

Interview
Interviewed with 2 USAID workers. Interview lasted for about 45 minutes and they asked pretty basic questions, nothing in particular about USAID but about my interest in disaster relief, if I had attention to detail or more broad concept focused, etc.

Interview
The interview was with the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Affairs, the individuals were friendly and the interview was relatively average. There were two individuals involved, however, all contact and scheduling was conducted through PAE.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard, or shorter than some. It consisted of submitting an application, being invited for a phone screening and then having a group interview. Follow that the offer was made.
