Informal chat, mainly about the reason behind volunteering, why I chose PDSA and any previous experience. Also I was given a tour around the shop to understand the charity shop system.
Very friendly people. Had a online and in-person call which were both with the same person. Overall, good experience and I recommend the company. They were both 30 minute (ish) interviews asking about 5-6 questions which occasionally led to follow up questions
