It's a very worthwhile cause whether you love animals or have compassion for other humans who have fallen on hard times.

The head office is like Trigger's broom. Constant replacements of Heads and Staff.

The charitable cause, the passion of some colleagues
Cons
Initially a number of people were furloughed but the organisation used it as an excuse to restructure again (it happens regularly). More than 70 people were made redundant, leaving those behind overworked and stressed out.

1 hour lunch and learnt how to navigate manipulative people.
Cons
Shambles. They look at something shiny and want it then deny all knowledge when it goes wrong. Since I left 75 people got made redundant and they used the covid crisis as an opportunity to restructure. All smt are passive aggressive and immoral except the people involved in veterinary who are genuinely nice people
