Interview
I applied for the position online in April and had a Skype interview after a week. It was informal and casual. There were two interviewers from PLAXIS, the director and a reserach engineer. The interview was relaxing and enjoyable and was mainly focused on my CV and some technical questions about FEM. The questions were quite predictable given a good preparation beforehand. It lasted about 40 mins. Then, after about three weeks, I checked with the HR and was informed that I did not make it to the next round. I was provided with two-sentence feedback. Unfortunately, it is neither very convincing nor very helpful to me, which is a shame. Apart from that, the process was very efficient and enjoyable.
