PRM Group interview questions

Usual process, easy enough, as long as you can count, you have the job. Can’t say much more than that, other than I didn’t take the job as I asked about and told not to go to work there.

I was left waiting in reception for quite a long time and around 25 minutes after I arrived I was preparing to tell the receptionist I was going to leave when I was called. This started off the interview on a bad foot and but, I put this aside. The interview proceeded well. The questions were basic competency questions and during they told me little bits about the role. I was also able to ask a lot of questions around the role which was fine. There was a focus on the use of excel (which was really off putting) as I thought a company this size would have invested in some kind of system. At the end the interview was completely unprofessional. I was told about the former employees periods of sickness and at one point her name was even mentioned. This was brought up in the context that I wouldn't have one on one training but, there was absolutely no need to tell me why the employee left or the reasons for her sickness. There was no confidentiality and I was completely torn about whether I should track down this employee and let her know this information was being offered.
