I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pagliacci Pizza (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
My interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The manager was in-house when I came in with my resume, and he actually was able to sit down and talk with me right then. It was a friendly and straightforward conversation, and didn't take too long.

Your first interview is a screening interview to see if you are likeable. If they like you then you get a second interview with basic questions and are more than likely hired (especially if recommended by a coworker). It's very basic, bring your I9 forms for the second interview.
