Palladian Partners Biomedical Science/Health Writer interview questions

The Talent Acquisition Specialist contacted me for a phone interview. We set up a time. After not hearing from her for 30 minutes, I emailed her asking if she could reschedule. She told me she was busy on another call and would call me later. No apology. When we did finally talk, it was clear that she was not very knowledgable about the position and had not taken any time to look at my background. She seemed to be reading me the position description and asked very simple questions that could have been answered simply by looking at my resume. It was clear that I was overqualified for the position, but she said she was going to recommend me and that I'd hear back within a week. Never heard anything. Does not seem like a very professional operation to me.
