I got interviewed and everything went well, the recruiter who interviewed me was kind and considerate. She even advised me because I was so shy during the interview. Now I am almost three months here and I love the environment.

Interview
They have a 3-step interview: First is with Recruitment - they assess your credentials and ask the usual pre-employment interview questions. If you passed the first interview, the next one is with the CEO and/or Accounts Manager -this is the interview that'll decide if you'll be hired or not. Interview with prospective client comes last until a client decides to hire you.
