They litteraly sourced me on Linkedin and then ghosted me. I don't mind about this opportunity, but for people who really want a job that must be a painful experience. I hope employees are treated better internally, and I hope they will find a way to help the recruitment team because they seem a bit lost... I feel sorry for them and their candidates.
Il colloquio è stato sciolto e cordiale, ma con alcune domande tecniche non necessariamente di larga conoscenza. L'intervistatrice è stata cortese e comprensiva e non ha avuto comportamenti scorretti. Tuttavia, essendo stato il focus del colloquio sul funzionamento della loro azienda, non sono sicuro di come abbiano potuto valutare la mia competenza di lavoratore.
