Paradigm Treatment interview questions

They set up a brief phone interview with an HR rep, this was more like a screening ( very short). Then had me come on site to the center in Malibu. This interview was closer to 35 minutes and was much more informative. After that, if they like you they will request references to contact.

The on boarding process was fast and communication was done via e-mail. The transition and support with training was also smooth. Very team oriented environment, will help you develop and grow as a clinician!
