After submitting all the required forms, I was contacted for an in-person interview. They were very accommodating when arranging the interview. It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I heard back a few days later.

Short easy process to get to know my personality met with admin and owner and manager. Formal dress code. Hour long interview. I was surprised they didn't ask for references first before making offer.
