TL:DR: Time-wasters, don't bother if you are serious I've never been so disgusted after a recruitment process. After 4 different interviews and a take-home challenge that took a few hours to complete, I've gotten an offer with a salary that met just 60% of my expectations (that I of course stated on the first call), and was below their own salary range (they stated that was a mistake and they don't add salary ranges to their job listing's) and way below any market standards for that position.
