It was pretty disorganized, and just...extremely communication heavy. I had a total of three phone interviews and one video interview before getting an in person interview, and the recruiter was extremely pushy. I would regularly wake up to several missed calls. On the day of the in person interview, the recruiter texted me the wrong time (earlier than my previously agreed upon interview time) and for an hour I tried to get ahold of him to see which time was correct (I don't want to be 30 minutes late to an interview) and he was unable to be reached. I went to the earlier time and ended up inconveniencing the hiring manager. And I lost my ID 2 nights ago and can't replace it until next week, and when I raised that concern (hoping to get pushed to another training class that starts later) he said that it would be fine for them to do the I9 form without the legal documents. That raised a major red flag. The recruiter ended up getting rude with me even though I wasn't being rude to him and took the offer off the table. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Maybe it's just me or maybe I just got a bad recruiter, but something felt fundamentally off about the company.
