I interviewed with Pathguide twice. The first time I made it through multiple rounds of interviews and was ghosted without an offer or rejection. The second time was after I reached back out to the hiring manager who said they were still hiring for the role. They asked me to create a presentation for the next interview round which took time and energy to prepare, but was ghosted again before the interview was ever scheduled. They work with an external recruiter who is very responsive, but the internal hiring team is either extremely disorganized or just doesn't value candidates time and energy.
