The HR interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended after about 10. The process felt rushed, created an unwelcoming atmosphere and included only a couple of general questions. I got asked how I imagine my dream job and the tasks. When I described responsibilities that are standard for a UX designer, it became clear that the company’s definition of the role was very different. After that, the interview was cut short, my questions were answered briefly, and overall the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Der Ablauf war so: Zuerst ein Interview mit HR, dann mit Marketing, dann musste ich eine Case Study einreichen und zuletzt mit dem Product Manager / Development Lead hatte ich ein Interview. Es wurde mir auch erklärt dass wenn ich das 'bestanden' habe, werde ich ins Büro zum Kennenlerne eingeladen. Mir war nicht bewusst, dass ich alle Schritte machen sollte und dass sie sich erst am Ende entscheiden , auch wenn der Development Lead mir gesagt hat das ich eine Einladung ins Büro bekomme zeitnah bekommen werde.
Ich bekam erst eine Woche später ein Rückmeldung das die HR Person im Urlaub ist, aber nur weil ich nachgefragt habe. Und dann eine Woche später, bekam ich eine formelle Absage per Email.
Die Stelle ist jetzt schon mindestes über 2 Monate ausgeschrieben. Ich vermute, dass das Unternehmen einfach Ideen von Bewerbern sammelt und eigentlich niemand anstellen wollen.
