PaxeraHealth interview questions

Had an interview with support manager and director. No screening interview with HR. Interview was fairly standard and questions about my background and a series of technical questions. Manager said that the interview went very well and someone would be contacting me for next steps. Then no communication after that. I sent a follow up email to HR contact that scheduled interview and never got a reply. I feel it was unprofessional to not even reply to an applicant in a advanced Engineer role like this.
