I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Phone first with manager, then in person with Manager. Then a Myers-Briggs profile. Finally, a meeting with zone director. The zone manager was looking to confirm what the manager had communicated to them. Pretty much the zone manager call as to whether to hire or not.

Basic screening call, then call with hiring manager, then interview with another manager. Was informed of position details and walked through offering. Was informed I didn't get the position the week after my final interview. Pretty standard.
