Pathetic! No questions pertaining to what the job was responsible for. Interviewer was unorganized and unprepared. I felt that the time I dedicated to prepare for the interview was not reciprocated. The interviewer should not be in his position.

Panel interview with senior HRG and Department Manager. Situation questions on customer service and peer relations. The knowledge test was over the phone prior to the face to face interview. Then the personality assessment was conducted online.
