Start off with a phone interview from a recruiter. Mine was very personable and easy to chat with about expectations and what the job was. The second interview was with 2 people from the department. I believe they were team leads. The third interview was with a supervisor. I was supposed to meet with a specific supervisor but something came up and I ended up meeting with someone else. He asked standard questions and expected standard responses. When I didn’t give a standard response, he would ask the question again. The previous people I had met and spoken with were very personable and seem to fit the culture that everyone vividly painted to me during the process, but after the third interview I started to doubt the sincerity of it. It was frustrating to have this process drag on for 3 weeks and take off work to be accommodating.

The process moved quickly, took just about two weeks in total. Had a couple of phone screening calls and then an in person interview. Process was smooth and the recruiter I dealt was quick to communicate and follow up with me.
