Very professional, no complaints about the process. Got back to me within a few days after applying. One thing I did not like is I feel like they were overselling to me. Job description is a little misleading.

Interview
The interview was easy. I was offered the same day. A recruiter will contact you a few days after you apply. He/she will then set up a time for you to come in for an interview. It's a group interview and they will then have you shadow an employee to see how they perform the tasks and get a glimpse of the job. Make sure you ask questions because they will ask the employee if you did. After, they will bring you back to the conference room to see if you can handle the script they give you.

My recruiter was very helpful scheduling my interview, as well as calling me beforehand to prep me with potential question. She also bought me a water at the company market, expecting my throat to be sore after doing all the talking.
