I had 2 interviews. The first one was 30 minutes phone call with recruiter. The second was a camera interview with two team leads. I was asked typical questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years, and name a time you had a difficult client.
The second interview seemed a bit awkward as it started with both leads proceeding to tell me mostly about their personal interest and personal life. They mentioned they didn't take vacations but prefer to stay local. They also went on to tell me about their kids and hobbies. This appeared to me as a way to get me to disclose more about my personal life without asking me the questions, but making it look like we are telling you all about our personal life, now tells us about yours.
