I spoke with the HR director over the phone and was invited to come in for an interview.
Once I came in to the interview I took an online assessment that I completed in about 15 minutes. Then one of the staff interviewed me. Interview was simple. I was offered a position that same day.

Submitted my resume less than 1yr post grad with my BS in Psyc. Got a call from the nurse manager to interview a and went in within the week. Had a interview with general questions....asked my history and explained the position. Offered a PRN (as needed) position
