There was only one interview with the manager. During the interview, we discussed previous experiences with focus on working with newborns and mom's in healthcare industry, and willingness to learn. Standard questions were asked such as time you encountered conflict with coworkers and strengths and weaknesses.

Excellent interview experience. Easy to schedule, and very professional experience. First interview was over the phone and second interview was the following day over zoom. I was offered my preferred video chat program to make the process seamless.
