The interview was done via an online video interviewing tool called HireVue. Once you start the interview, you have time to prepare for each question and then a time limit in which to answer each question in real time, about three minutes per question. You don't see anybody but, like a face to face interview, there is no pausing or stopping the interview once it has begun. However, you can move on to the next question when you have finished giving your answer. It took about 15 minutes to complete.
