30 minute phone interview with HR just asking basic questions regarding my resume and background. Then they asked why I was interested in the role and how would I be able to contribute to the team. When I asked how the company promoted employee success, the person at HR commented that you could be given more responsibilities but not necessarily more pay, which is a red flag for a company as large as PRH.
